We've known Mark for many years now and he's the only person outside family we'd trust to look after team Carburettor Coffee's labradoodle (Buddy 🐶)!
We reached out to Mark before this venture began, and he’s part of our inspiration behind the Carburettor Coffee Club — here's why:
First and foremost, Mark loves cars. He can talk the nuts and bolts off ANYONE when it comes to 4 wheeled machines. Secondly, he's incredibly open about this mental health. Lockdown wasn't easy for Mark and he was refreshingly open about it. We'd talk most mornings about motors but also how hard he was finding everything at the time. We don't think he realised it, but his morning chats on the way to work during lockdown really helped. He's come out the other side of the pandemic, a significant illness in his family and a change of career and boy is he smashing it! 💪🏻 He's set up his own PT business at the age of 57 (doesn't look a day over 40 in our eyes) and now he has the wheels he's always wanted to celebrate his ongoing success!
