Terms and Conditions for Annual Subscription to Cars and Coffee Events

Welcome to the Cars and Coffee Annual Subscription service. By purchasing this subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Fee and Duration

The annual subscription fee is £99.99 and grants you access to a year’s worth of monthly Cars and Coffee events.

This fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms.

2. Event Schedule

Events will occur monthly, with dates and venues announced at least 8 weeks in advance.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, but every effort will be made to communicate changes promptly.

3. Event Attendance and Vehicle Access

Each subscription grants entry for one car to each venue.

Subscribers are welcome to bring as many passengers as they like in the registered vehicle. Additional vehicles will require separate subscriptions.

4. Code of Conduct at Events

Subscribers and their guests must always act in a respectful and responsible manner while attending events.

The following behavior is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the venue:

Prolonged engine revving

All attendees must leave the venue in a safe and sensible manner to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone present.

Any failure to adhere to these standards may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of the subscription without refund.

5. Photography and Marketing Consent

By attending events, subscribers and their guests consent to photographs and videos being taken of themselves and their vehicles.

These images and videos may be used by Carburettor Coffee for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, promotional materials, and advertising.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify the event organizer prior to the event.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Carburettor Coffee does not accept liability for any damage to vehicles or harm to persons traveling to or from venues, or while attending events.

Attendees are responsible for their own safety, the safety of their vehicles, and adherence to traffic and venue rules at all times.

7. Cancellation Policy

If more than 4 events are cancelled within the subscription year, subscribers will receive a 50% refund of the subscription fee (£49.99).

In the case of cancellations, replacement venues will be organized, and associated costs will be covered by Carburettor Coffee, the event organizer.

8. Non-Refundable Clause

Except for the cancellation refund outlined in clause 7, the subscription fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including inability to attend events.

9. Transfer of Subscription

This subscription is non-transferable and valid only for the named subscriber.

10. Force Majeure

Carburettor Coffee is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Amendments to Terms

The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Subscribers will be notified of any changes.
